The Sky Blue Penthouse is a one-of-a-kind event space perched above The Mission District and SOMA, with 360 degree breathtaking views.
The space comprises the entire top floor of the historic Hamm’s Brewery Building. Sky Blue Penthouse includes a beautiful new roof deck, complete with glowing fire pit and lush Bay Area native landscaping. Sky Blue Penthouse is available to host corporate events, weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.

Hours of Operation
Events must end by 11 pm.
Load out must be finished by 1 am following your event.

Weekdays – Day time: Limited on site parking available. Guests must use neighborhood parking.
Weekdays – After 6 pm and Weekends: Non-exclusive use of the approximately 40 space parking lot is included in the reservation fee.
With valet, venue can accommodate approximately 75 cars.
All alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by a licensed third party caterer.
Day of Event Insurance, Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee and Security Staff required.
We selectively work with key vendors who have knowledge of our venue and can provide seamless support tailored to your event.
Deposit and Fees
A signed contract and 50% date-hold deposit must be received to reserve your event. The balance of your rental fee is due thirty days prior to your event.
Indoor amplified sound is permitted between 6 pm to 10 pm on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) and from 10 am- 11 pm on weekends (Friday and Saturday).
